These terms explain the rules for using this website, including the AI assistant, the demos and the calculators.
Using this site
These terms apply to your use of cloudboticsinc.com (the "site"), run by Cloud Botics Inc. ("Cloud Botics", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Demos, AI replies and estimates
- The demo businesses, people, prices and results shown on this site are fictional samples, created to show how our solutions work.
- The site assistant and demo AI agents can make mistakes. Their replies are general information, not professional advice of any kind, including legal, medical, financial, tax or insurance advice, and they aren't a quote or a promise.
- Calculator results and examples are rough estimates to help you think about your business. They aren't a guarantee of results.
Our services, consultations and quotes
Information on the site about our services is a general description, not an offer. Prices, scope and timelines are agreed in writing before any paid work starts. Free consultations and audits come with no obligation, and we may decline a request.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use the site, chat or forms for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading
- send spam, or try to overload, scrape, probe or break the site or the AI agents
- try to get the AI agents to produce harmful content or reveal how they're configured
- submit other people's personal information without their permission
We may limit or block access if we see misuse.
Reviews you send us
If you send a review through /review and tick the permission box, you allow us to publish it on our website and marketing materials, credited as you chose. We may shorten it or fix typos without changing its meaning. You can ask us to remove it at any time, and we'll take it down from the site.
Please only send reviews about your own real experience with Cloud Botics.
Our content
The site's text, design, demos, code and logo belong to Cloud Botics or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own use, but please don't copy or reuse them commercially without our permission. ShowUpNow is a product associated with Cloud Botics. Other names mentioned belong to their owners.
Other websites and services
The site links to and embeds services run by others, such as Calendly and ShowUpNow. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for them.
No warranties
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, the demos or the AI replies, and we don't guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cloud Botics isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, the demos or the AI replies. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100. This doesn't affect liability that can't be limited by law, or our obligations under a separate client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the site will be handled by the courts in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
